The Disciplinary Court, in accordance with the provisions of the Articles of Association of the Employers' Union of Innovative Pharmaceutical Companies INFARMA, supervises the compliance of the members of the association with the provisions of the Articles of Association, resolutions of the Association governing bodies, or the applicable rules of marketing ethics, including those of the Code of Good Practices of the Pharmaceutical Industry and the Disclosure Code.
